Shipping and Deliveries

Bree Loungewear sends the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, excluding holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times in Europe range from 5-10 business days. Rest of the world: 15-25 business days.

THE Bree Loungewear will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as proceed with the refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of becoming aware of the unavailability.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of payment, please send an email to breeloungewear@gmail.com informing us of the incident. After this period, Bree Loungewear cannot be held responsible for lost orders.

Delivery is deemed to have been made upon signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
