Exchanges and Returns
The User may return the product(s) ordered 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All materials accompanying the order must be returned.
The customer must request the return of the order via email to breeloungewear@gmail.com, indicating the item(s) they wish to return, as well as the order number.
The cost of both the exchange and the return is borne by the customer, and in the event of a return, Bree Loungewear will not reimburse the shipping costs initially borne by the customer for the respective order, except for the justified reason of defect or non-conformity of the products ordered.
Once the returned product has been received, Bree Loungewear will analyze and confirm its condition and, when applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days the amount paid for the item(s) without any expenses for the user.
In the case of exchanges, refunds may be made via payment using the same method used by the customer or via a voucher for the value of the returned item(s). Please note that subsequent returns of items purchased with a voucher will always be processed using the voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable.
If the returned items are damaged or show signs of use, Bree Loungewear reserves the right to refuse to accept returns and to refuse to refund them.
In cases of defects or non-compliance of the products ordered, Bree Loungewear will collect the item(s) from an address of the user's choice. Please note that pickups are only accepted from the original country of shipment, excluding islands.
